Low Fell Chiropractic on Mission for Children of Newcastle-Gateshead

For the Metro Radio Secret Santa appeal, we collected a sleigh full of toys for the disabled and deprived children of Gateshead and Newcastle this year and had a lot of fun doing it. The toys were donated to Metro Radio's Secret Santa appeal and I would like to say an enormous thank you to all our Practice Members here at Low Fell Chiropractic who donated such beautiful gifts - I know you will have made many children happy.

I would also like to say a HUGE thank you for Santa who gave up his afternoon to make a load of our younger practice members very happy.

Finally, I would like to thank the team at Low Fell who made wonderful Santa's helpers. Have a well earned Christmas break and be ready to make even more 'miracles' happen for our Practice Members in the New Year.

As a young girl I suffered with crippling acid reflux and vomiting. Whenever I was under any sort of stress I would get debilitating pain in my chest and would vomit in most cases. I lost confidence, I was shy around people. At the age of 19 I had major hip pain as I competed internationally as a 3rd Dan Black belt in Tae Kwondo. I attended a chiropractor for the hip pain. The acid reflux and vomiting went away. I was amazed. I thought it was a miracle until my chiropractor explained that by working with my spine he had helped the body remove pressure from my nervous system and that had allowed my body to work more effectively. That, he explained, was why the digestive problems ceased. I had suffered for my entire childhood and if my parents had know that chiropractic care could have helped I would not have had such a 'sickly' childhood.

I have dozens of Practice members who have very similar stories to mine.
To that end I am raising awareness about the effectiveness of chiropractic care to help sick children get well and help well children live healthier lives.
